Shine

Charlie Peacock, in his song “In The Light” (later made famous by DC Talk), says this:
“I want to be in the Light as He is in the Light. I want to shine like the stars in the heavens. O Lord, be my Light and be my Salvation. All I want is to be in the Light.”

Shine ~ Be in the Light as He is in the Light

Shine ~ Like a city on a hill

Shine ~ Like an uncovered lamp

Shine ~ Like the Stars in the heavens

Shine ~ Live out loud… on purpose… for Him

Shine ~ So the world can see Jesus in you (and me)

Shine ~ “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” - Matthew 5:14-16 ESV
