As I contemplate yesterday’s horrendous, nonsensical tragedy in a Texas elementary school… (one of those things I’ll never understand - knowing that the root cause is Satan, himself - the enemy of all things good and pure and peaceful and right)… a few things weigh heavy on my heart:

1) Make sure you know and that your heart is right with Jesus. Life on this earth ends… sometimes way too soon... Life eternally does not.

2) Tell your family and those who are special in your life that you love them. Over say it. All the time. Know that they know it.

3) And because you love them, make sure your family and those special in your life know Jesus - have seen Him in your life. Make sure they know His love, grace and forgiveness, and trust and follow Him as Savior and Lord.
