Not Alone...

Over the course of my life, I’ve known some people and have read about and followed some others… some famous and some not so much… who have struggled with mental health issues and didn’t feel like they could keep going, and thus gave up their life.
For some reason, they lost hope.
But hope can be found, even in what feels like the darkest of times.
Growing up in a family with members who dealt with their own demons,
I can say that there is hope.
There are still things worth living for.
