Any Other Day

Praise the Lord.
Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.
Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe,
praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Today is Tuesday. A day much like any other day. A day with its own set of stressors, frustrations, disappointments. A day with its own set of positives, laughter, happy moments.

Today is Tuesday. A day after Monday. And this week, the day after a three day weekend.

Today is Tuesday. A "Praise" Tuesday. A day of the week where we can stop for a moment and Praise God, from whom all blessings flow. A day where we purposely praise Him for who He is, for what He has done, for what He is yet to do.

Today is Tuesday. So let's stop for a moment and remember all that He has done for us. Think back on the many answered prayers...

... Those moments He held you as you stood weak kneed and faint.
... Those moments He stood by you as you stood alone. 
... Those moments He held you in your fear.
... Those moments He stood with you as you danced upon the mountain top.
... Those moments He wiped your tears away when you wept.
... Those moments He laughed along with you when you as laughed.

Today is Tuesday... Not your ordinary day after all.
